	"Raising Duncan" is a particularly awful comic, as it doesn't have the excuse of having been around since the Eisenhower administration, like many other unfunny comics.(In the 1950's all cartoons were, by federal law, not funny. Any cartoonist breaking this law would be thrown in jail and labeled a communist.) Anyway, "Raising Duncan" seems to involve these two manatee-sized blobs saying immensely insipid things to one another. I don't even know who Duncan is. I think it might be the dog, and they're raising him 'til he's big enough to eat.
